In general, the work includes removal of existing primary and secondary heat exchangers, upper and lower primary heat exchanger plenums, upper and lower secondary heat exchanger plenums, and connecting spool piece. Install new primary heat exchanger, existing secondary heat exchanger, new upper and lower primary heat exchanger plenums, new upper and lower secondary heat exchanger plenums, and new connecting spool piece.

Estimated cost of construction: $914,000.00

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
