Third Party Communication Support
Services Provider
Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Third Party Communication Support Services (Service Provider).  The Service Provider will work closely with GPHC IT & Data Management staff and Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company (CBT) staff. The Service Provider will provide engineering, support, management, maintenance, network design, contract negotiations and project management. The Service Provider will be a single point of contact for all GPHC telephone communications needs, including complete installation and set-up of new Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system.  The Service Provider will provide Help Desk services for telephone and internet line issues and dispatch Cincinnati Bell technicians when necessary. This document shall be made part of the Service Provider’s proposal.

Proposals are due Friday, September 28, 2018 by 1 p.m. This entire signed and initialed Request for Proposal, including any additional documents provided by the Service Provider, shall be submitted to Andrew Collins, Director of IT & Data Management, Great Parks of Hamilton County, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Prospect Woods Pump Station Improvements
This bid is designated as an electronic bid per CMC 321-24.  The bid will NOT be read publicly.  No hard copies of bids will be accepted.  Bidders must submit bids electronically through the City’s Vendor Self Service website.  Bidders must be registered to submit a bid.  Bidders can register, find instructions and submit bids at:

at which time said bids will be compiled, reviewed and then later posted at

In general, the work  includes demolition of the existing Prospect Woods Pump Station and Abandonment of the existing force main; installation of a new Gravity inflow sewer; installation of a new submersible pump station and process piping, constructing an underground valve vault with required site work; and the installation of 810LF of new force main.
The project is located in Anderson Township in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $766,500.00
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project will utilize Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) funding.
