After practicing law for more than 40 years, I have decided to retire. On June 30, 2018, I will be transferring custody of my files to the Law Offices of Lawrence J. Brokamp located at 2190 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. Mr. Brokamp will assume the custody of the records and information which I provide him, in confidence.
The transfer of your records to Mr. Brokamp does not in any way obligate you to retain him as your attorney to provide future legal services. You may retain other counsel or take possession of the information and documents which I’ve maintained for you and entrusted to Mr. Brokamp. However, I recommend you consider utilizing Mr. Brokamp’s firm if you require my decision to transfer my practice to him is based on confidence that he will continue to provide services in a manner similar to the service I’ve provided to you. The final choice to select and use any attorney is always yours.
Larry Brokamp has been practicing law in the areas of estate planning, tax, probate, real estate, entity formation, corporate law and various commercial transactions for more than twenty years. In addition to being an attorney he is an Ohio Certified Public Accountant and an Ohio State Bar Association board certified tax specialist. He grew up in Cincinnati and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati and graduated cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He has never been subject to any disciplinary action and has no pending disciplinary complaints.
Mr. Brokamp will honor all existing written fee agreements for legal representation that is ongoing and active as of June 30, 2018. If you have a new legal issue after June 30, 2018 the terms and conditions of compensation for the legal services will be agrees upon between you and Mr. Brokamp as the new attorney.
