A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON MAY 17 AT 1:00 PM, AT COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING (MEET AT: ROOM 605) CINCINNATI, OH 45202.

SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work consists of the repair or replacement of 41 different roofs throughout several of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati’s Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
There is a Pre-Bid meeting on May 30-June 1, 2018, at 10:00 AM in Room 104 at the MSDGC Administration Building, 1081 Woodrow Street, Cincinnati, OH 45204
The project is located in the City of Cincinnati and in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $1,800,000.000.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
