SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, this project is the final construction phase of the CSO 125 stream separation project. This phase consists of construction of two stormwater detention basins, approximately 4,700 lf of basin outlet pipe, approximately 1500 lf of sanitary sewer, and associated appurtenances. The project will separate a perennial stream and storm flows from the combined sewer system. The project is located in Northside in the City of Cincinnati in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for the White Street Area Sewer Separation project is: $6,139,00.00.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project will utilize Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) funding.
