 SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:
UNTIL 12:00 PM on Wednesday,

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the project extends from 2560 Cypress Way along Ridgeland Place and Attica Avenue to a point east of 5574 Attica Avenue.  The work consists of 1,000 linear feet of 15-inch diameter gravity sewer and replaces approximately 500 feet of 8-inch diameter sewer with 12-inch diameter gravity sewer (209 linear feet of this upsize sewer will be installed via pipe bursting).  The Work also includes demolition of a garage; replacing existing sewer tap and reconnecting to existing lateral; scour bowl regrading; and asphalt/concrete pavement removal and replacement.
The project is located in Pleasant Ridge, in the City of Cincinnati in Hamilton, County, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $815,600.00
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on April 05, 2018 and will be read at that time for ITB# 012-18 – Food Items for River City Correctional Institute.
