In general, the work consists of a contract for lawn care and landscaping services at the Central Pumping Station locations Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) treatment plants or other properties owned or managed by the City of Cincinnati. Services include, but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, general landscaping, clearing brush, snow removal and other activities related to maintaining lots, trails, driveways, parking lots, fenced areas, and improved facilities.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
