Time and Materials Bids
Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) is soliciting Time and Materials Bids for the trades listed below:
Arbor Care
Asphalt
Cabling (data & voice)
Concrete
Door Repair/Door Replacement
Electrical
Flooring
General Construction/Carpentry
Masonry – Brick
Masonry - Stone
Mechanical
Plumbing
Roofing
Underground Utility Locating
Great Parks of Hamilton County will use the Time & Materials Bids to contract for individual projects, minor repair work and emergency work.
The 2018 Time & Materials Bid Sheet can be found on our website greatparks.org.   A separate Bid sheet must be completed for each trade that applies. 
Upon request from Great Parks of Hamilton County, all Contractors under consideration shall submit a Contractor’s Qualification Statement (AIA A305) or similar statement which includes all information required in the following sections: 1. Organization; 2. Licensing; 3. Experience; 4. Reference; 5. Financing.
2018 Time & Materials Bids are due Wednesday, December 13, 2017 by 4 p.m. Please email completed Time & Materials Bid Sheets to Shawnessee Ference, Planning Administrator at [email protected].

TREE REMOVAL, TREE FELLING AND CLEAN-UP, SHAWNEE LOOKOUT ALONG SHAWNEE DRIVE
Sealed bids will be received by Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) for TREE REMOVAL, TREE FELLING AND CLEAN-UP, SHAWNEE LOOKOUT ALONG SHAWNEE DRIVE, as set forth in the following bid document and specifications. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of the envelope with the bid name. This entire bid must be signed, initialed and submitted to GPHC, 10245 Winton Rd, by 9:00 am on Monday, December 4, 2017.

If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder shall execute a contract in conformity to the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
In order to protect the integrity of the bidding process, bids shall not be prepared, completed or altered on the premises of GPHC. Any bid which is prepared, completed or altered on the premises shall be immediately disqualified and receive no further consideration for award.
Bids shall be publicly opened, at GPHC Winton Centre, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2017. All bids will be opened and read. Bids, unless otherwise provided herein, are subject to the Public Records Law, Section 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code. Copies of bid responses must be requested and will be provided within a reasonable period of time and at a fee established by GPHC.
BIDDERS MAY REQUEST CLARIFICATION: If any bidder discovers an inconsistency, error, or omission in this ITB, the bidder should request clarification. Any pre-bid questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing and received no later than three (3) business days before the scheduled opening date. The issuance of an addendum is dependent upon the information received and the impact on the competitive bid process.
