Media Buying Services Supplier
Request of Proposal
Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) is requesting proposals for media buying services to leverage the GPHC advertising and brand presence throughout the community. The media buying agency (Supplier) will place advertising across multiple channels and manage GPHC media placements, buys, proposals and contracts. This document shall be made part of the Supplier’s proposal.
The Supplier shall provide the following deliverables:
1. Advertising Buys
* Places advertising across multiple media including traditional, digital and mobile platforms
* Manages media placements including buys, payments, proposals and contracts
* Negotiates to acquire cost-efficient and budget-conscious advertising space 
* Acquires desirable time slots and media space to meet goals of Great Parks
* Maintains good relationships with media outlets and networks
* Makes recommendations for new market opportunities
2. Logistics
* Understands Great Parks’ processes, needs and wants
* Researches market information, such as demographics, media usage and ratings
* Monitors the purchased media to make sure the advertisements appear as planned, and they credit or bill clients as necessary to settle accounts
* Provides feedback and recommendations
* Coordinates and manages copywriting, art layout, and production as needed
* Establishes key performance indicators measuring impact and reach of placements
* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Proposals are due Tuesday, November 14, 2017 by 12:00p.m. This entire signed and initialed Request for Proposal, including any additional documents provided by the Supplier, shall be submitted to Jennifer Sivak, Great Parks of Hamilton County, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 or by email to jsivak@greatparks.org. Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on November 20, 2017 and will be read at that time for ITB#052-17 – High Capacity Scanners.
