In general, the bid is for a Term Contract for Purchase of Laboratory Supplies for various City of Cincinnati Departments.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on November 2, 2017 and will be read at that time for ITB# 048-17- Telephone Interpretation.
Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site:   http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.

Sealed Proposals endorsed “2017 Montgomery Road & Stewart Road Improvements” will be received at the office of the Village Administrator, Village of Silverton, Ohio, until eleven (11) o’clock am Local Time, on Thursday, October 24, 2017, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber of the Village of Silverton for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to  complete work, in accordance with the bid documents and specifications to be made available October 3, 2017.
Work in the Village of Silverton includes widening and curb replacement on Montgomery and Stewart Roads and a new signal at the Montgomery at Stewart Road intersection and Stewart at Euclid Road intersection.
The bid documents and specifications are on file and may be obtained from The Kleingers Group, 6305 Centre Park Drive, West Chester, OH  45069. The charge for these plans and specifications is $100 (non-refundable).  Checks should be made out to The Kleingers Group, Inc.  Bid documents and specifications are on file in the plan room of Allied Construction Industries.
Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Performance Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code.  Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
All proposals shall be made and properly executed on proposal forms as issued by The Village of Silverton and bound together with other documents and specifications. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.  Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity.   Work shall be substantially completed and acceptable by July 1, 2018.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.  Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
The Council of the Council of the Village of Silverton shall authorize acceptance of the bid made by the responsible bidder who, in Council’s judgment, offers the best and most responsive proposal, considering quality, service, performance record, and price; or Council may direct the rejection of all bids.  Council may waive any irregularities and reject any or all bids.
