SEALED PROPOSALS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

A brief description of the services sought:
The City and the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSDGC) are seeking a vendor or an organization able to provide, manage, and coordinate security personnel in cooperation with MSD on a weekly basis with increases for certain special events. The Consultant shall provide guard/watchperson/ambassador (“Guard”) services primarily at Wastewater Collection Division (225 West Galbraith Road) and the Mill Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (1600 Gest Street).
The Consultant shall provide all manpower, material, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided by MSD) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and insure the effective performance of all services described herein. The Consultant shall provide guard/watchperson/ambassador (“Guard”) services in accordance with the requirements of this specification at:

The Consultant shall insure that all Guards are aware that their primary purpose is to maintain order, protect clients, staff, visitors, the general public and property from harassment, injury, damage or theft, and to call appropriate law enforcement agencies and/or fire/medical-rescue departments when necessary.
