Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on January 31, 2017 and will be read at that time for ITB# 004-17 – Great American Ballpark – 2017 Concrete and Waterproofing Repairs.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 24, 2017 AT 10:00 A.M., AT 100 JOE NUXHALL WAY, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202 (MEET AT: SECURITY OFFICE).

This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $200,000.00 General Construction.  Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 7157 E.
